The price of a delivery depends on several factors: distance to cover, vehicle type, desired timelines and chosen options (GPS tracking, photos, etc.). For an accurate price, contact us with the details of your request. We respond within 24 hours with a detailed and transparent quote, with no hidden fees.
For standard planning, please allow 48 to 72 hours. In an emergency, we can respond the same day depending on our availability and location. We are available 7 days a week. Emergency or out-of-hours services are subject to an additional charge.
Yes, absolutely. All our transports are covered by comprehensive professional insurance. Coverage is set at the declared value of your vehicle. For very high-value vehicles, additional guarantees can be arranged. We provide an insurance certificate on request.
Yes, we offer GPS tracking as an option. This allows you to track the exact position of your vehicle throughout the transport. If you prefer not to use this option, we can also keep you informed by phone or message at key stages of the journey.
Yes, we operate 7 days a week, including weekends and bank holidays. Deliveries outside standard hours (Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm) may be subject to an additional charge. Please specify your date and time constraints when requesting a quote.
We also transport non-running vehicles using our adapted loading equipment. Whether your vehicle is undergoing restoration, has broken down or is immobilised for any other reason, we have the means to load it safely. Please mention this when making your request.
A complete photographic condition report is carried out before loading, in the presence of the owner or their representative. We document the exterior and interior condition of the vehicle from all angles. The same process is repeated upon delivery. This jointly signed document guarantees total transparency about the vehicle's condition before and after transport.
Of course, and we recommend it. Your presence during loading and unloading allows us to validate the condition report together and ensure a personal handover. If you cannot be present, you may appoint a trusted representative. Please inform us in advance if so.
